At The Wonder Schoolhouse, we provide high-quality early childhood education with flexible tuition options. Our pricing structure is designed to be transparent, accessible, and flexible to meet the needs of all families.

Our tuition rates could start at $725 per month and can be up to $1,600 depending on needs. Prices vary by age group and attendance schedule.

  • 1-year-olds: Starting at $775 for part-time schedules.

  • 2-year-olds: Starting at $725 for part-time schedules.

  • 3-5-year-olds: Starting at $725 for part-time schedules.

  • School-aged children (5+): Starting at $575 for part-time schedules.

  • Deposit is non-refundable and is $250. We also charge a $75 annual supply fee.

Tuition Payment Options

We offer multiple payment options to provide flexibility for families.

✔ Monthly Payments – Standard tuition billing, due on the 1st of each month.
✔ Quarterly Payments – Receive a discount when paying every 3 months.
✔ Annual Prepay Discount – Families who pay for the full school year upfront receive additional savings.

💡 Prepaid discounts apply even if you receive financial aid or sibling discounts!

Financial Aid

We believe that every child deserves access to high-quality early childhood education. Our Sliding Scale Financial Aid Program helps families by covering a portion of tuition based on their financial situation.

Many families just exceed DWS limits but still need help. Our financial aid program ensures that early childhood education remains accessible for families, regardless of financial circumstances.

✔ Families who receive DWS assistance but still have a co-pay.
✔ Families who do not qualify for DWS but need financial aid.
✔ Single parents without child support.

📌 How to Apply

📍 Step 1: Submit an application with tax returns, pay stubs, or other financial documents.
📍 Step 2: Verify household size.
📍 Step 3: Reapply annually to maintain eligibility.
📍 Step 4: If applying for hardship aid, submit proof of hardship (e.g., layoff notice, medical bills).

Sliding Scale Aid for Families Who Qualify for DWS

If your family receives DWS childcare assistance, The Wonder Schoolhouse may cover a portion of your remaining co-pay based on your household size and income level.

Sliding Scale Aid for Non-DWS Families

Families who do not qualify for DWS can still receive tuition assistance. Aid is based on household size and income, with a portion of tuition covered by the school.
